Returns Policy
How to return an item and when to expect your refund.
What can be returned
Unopened, unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, opened lip products, skincare, and beauty accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to start a return
WhatsApp us with your order number. We'll send return instructions and, once received, refund you within 3–5 business days.
Faulty or damaged items
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund it, on us.
